Phil and Janet-Missionaries

Hi everyone,

Today we had Janet and Phil come and talk to us about South Sudan.  It was so great that they could come and talk to us!!!!!!!! The information that they gave us was so interesting.  They brought in South Sudan coins and all of them had animals on them. 
I learnt that....

* That they can speak 65  languages 

*There is not much power there

*The water comes from the Nile river

*It is very dangerous to travel

* At night it gets to 33 degrees

* In the day it gets to 42 degrees

* Not many people go there

*There are only 4 airoplanes

*It is really dangerous to drive on the roads
* The  $100 dollar note is worth about 30 cents                            

It was great that they could come and talk to us today. It was really fun to learn all of the facts.
