Caritas Challenge day Friday 5 April

Hi everyone
Yesterday we had Caritas challenge day.  If you do not know what that is then it is where we make homes that look like what their homes might look like.  I was in a group with

Polly, Matilda, Aurelia and me.  Yesterday we had to bring a gold cone donation and a bowl and cardboard.  We had to bring cardboard because otherwise there would be nothing to make your homes with.  We had a small lot of rice to eat to see how it felt to eat that much in a day.  The highlight for me was doing all of the building and working with everyone in my group and having a house that stands.  If I could  I would help to make their homes strong and safe to live in.
After morning tea we had a visit from Matt and Bridget to talk to us more about eels and what our action is. My action is the make homes for eels.

We had such a fun day it was amazing.
